Andy Warhol

Andrew 'Andy' Warhol, I one of my favourite designers, he was one of the designers at the forefront of the pop-art movement. Most of his work looked and expressing artistically the celebrity culture and advertisements that were apparent during the 60's.
  
Campbell's Tomato Soup, a piece of incredibly minimalism. Each of the 32 cans were created using a semi-mechanized screen printing process. Quite a few of Warhol's piece were screen printed, it would seem he preferred this technique but the skill in it really shows in his Marilyn Monroe art work.
